Blue Unicorn Refund & Damaged Product Policy
At Blue Unicorn, we stand behind the quality of our products and care deeply about your experience.
We do not accept returns, but if your order arrives damaged or incorrect, we’ll make it right.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product, please contact us within 30 days of your order date at nutro@blueunicorn.com with your order number and a photo of the issue.
Once verified, we’ll either issue a refund or send a replacement, depending on your preference.
No Returns or Exchanges
Because our bars are a perishable product, we cannot accept returns, even if the package is unopened. We also do not process exchanges.
Refund Timing
Once approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or credit card provider.
If it’s been more than 15 business days since your refund was approved and you haven’t received it, please contact us at nutro@blueunicorn.com.
